Hemp Remedies Original Grower Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Overview

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before joining our affiliate marketing program. By becoming an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Definitions

1. “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity participating in our affiliate marketing program by promoting our products/services and earning commission on referred sales.
2. “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Hemp Remedies OG.
3. “Customer” refers to the end-user who makes a purchase through the affiliate’s unique referral link.

Eligibility

4. To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
5. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting our products/services.

 

Enrollment

7. Affiliates can apply to join our program by completing the affiliate marketing application provided by the Company.
8. We reserve the right to accept or reject affiliate applications at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

Affiliate Responsibilities

9. 9. Once accepted into the program, affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or promotional codes that they can use to promote our products/services.
10. Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products/services in a professional and ethical manner, avoiding misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
11. Affiliates may not use their referral links for their own purchases to receive commission on their own orders.

Commission Structure

12. 12. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualified sales made through their unique referral links or promotional codes.
13. Commission rates and structures may be subject to change at any time, and affiliates will be notified in advance of any changes.
14. Commissions will only be paid for orders that are completed and not subject to cancellation, refunds, or chargebacks.

Payouts

15. Commission payouts will be made on a regular basis as determined by the Company.
16. Affiliates must reach a minimum threshold of earned commissions before being eligible for payout.
17. Payouts may be made through various methods, such as PayPal, bank transfer, or store credit, depending on the Company’s policy.

Intellectual Property

18. Affiliates may use the Company’s approved marketing materials, logos, and creatives for promotional purposes.
19. Affiliates may not modify, alter, or reproduce any Company materials without prior written consent.

Termination

20. Either the affiliate or the Company may terminate the affiliate’s participation in the program at any time with or without cause.
21. Termination may result in the forfeiture of pending commissions and removal from the program.

Modification

22. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate marketing program and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States/Pennsylvania.
24. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the affiliate marketing program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States/Pennsylvania.

By participating in our affiliate marketing program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not join the program.
