Hemp Remedies Original Grower will ship USPS and UPS within the United States. Orders will ship within one to three days from our facility excluding weekends. Shipping times may vary based on location of delivery, holidays, inclement weather, shipping service complications, and back orders. Once package is ready for pick up from carrier the customer will be notified via email with the tracking information and invoice.
Return Policy
At Hemp Remedies Original Grower, customer satisfaction lies at the most important criteria. We ask you check all orders carefully for any damages during shipping. You may submit any claims within 15 days of receiving the packages to info@hempremediesog.com providing details and images of the damaged goods.
All returns/exchanges are subject to review and provided at the discretion of Hemp Remedies Original Grower. All products must be shipped back within 15 day of approval. If products were purchased from a Hemp Remedies Original Grower retailer, you will need to return to the original retailer with the corresponding purchase receipt to resolve any returns/exchanges.
